01 concept

While having the initiative to cook more at home can be a great start, any aspiring home cook can attest to quickly becoming overwhelmed by the amounts of recipes at your disposal. Searching for the right recipe can add another twenty minutes to what already seems a timely process. To solve this problem, this site provides users with one healthy, convenient, and delicious recipe a day. No matter how busy you are, home cooking will be made easier than ever.

02 functionality  

Each new day, users are guided through an interactive timeline. In theme with the idea of keeping the user experience as hassle-free as possible, a clean, stylish design aesthetic was chosen to harmoniously balance minimal typography, soft colors, and set and composed photography. The delicate, simple, and beautiful sensibilities are ones we hope will transfer fom recipe to the dinner plate 

03 experience

Inspired by the ease and simple elegance of Japanese food catalogues, I opted for an iconographic code when it came time to deal with ingredients, tools, and methods of cooking. Through this approach, users are carefully guided through a stress-free, minimalist cooking process with a visual language capable used through various recipes and methods of cooking.
